Macenites Framed

Police Rule Wreck an Accident

In a startling announcement Monday, the Regina Police announced that their investigation has resulted in the ruling that the wreck of the Regent’s vehicle was an accident.

Video surveillance of the wrecking yard revealed that the sabotage to the vehicle was done at the impound lot following the wreck.

Initial reports indicated that an anonymous tip had led to the recovery of the tools matching the alteration to the vehicle.

It is currently unknown who might have attempted to frame the Macenites for this crime and the police seem reluctant to discuss the matter on or off the record.

In fact, in an unusual wave of reticence, Commissioner Globber issued a terse “no comment” in response to all questions regarding this case and the handling of it by the Regina Police.

An unnamed source from within the administration has hinted that Globber may be under fire for his handling of this case; rumor has it that Globber may be replaced as Commissioner by former Regina notable, Mark Bach.
