| The new Solomani Consul, H. Duncan LaBland, and his staff arrived on Regina today to take up duties at the Solomani Embassy. This is LaBland’s first posting at the rank of Consul, having previously served in consular staff positions at the Solomani Embassy on Rhylanor. It is suprising that the Consular staff arrived this soon on ions. |
Regina, since the former Consul only departed Regina twelve days ago. However, this staff transition may reflect placement of a diplomat with updated instructions, in light of the ongoing negotiations between the Imperial and Zhodani delegations. |
